Sundar vs State

During the course of hearing of this matter, it has been requested by Mr.PM Raval, learned advocate for respondent No.2 - original complainant that while deciding this application, atleast this Court should consider the suicide note seized by the police. In above view of the matter, Mr.KP Raval, learned APP for respondent No.1 - State is requested to keep present the concerned police officer in this Court on 16.3.2012 with the relevant papers, more particularly the suicide note.
