The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 697/2007, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitinoer. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that dates are being fixed for recording of the evidence.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2007, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
