JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 28.02.2014, made in W.P.(MD)No.3709 of 2014.
2. This Court, by order dated 28.02.2014, directed the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.09.2013 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. Since the respondents have not complied with the said order within the time stipulated by this Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.02.2014 has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.
4. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
