ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the circular Memo No.G3/1091/2009, dated 30.05.2010 issued by the first respondent and consequential proceedings No. D/1941/09, dated 01.06.2010 issued by the second respondent, whereunder the authorization of the petitioner for Fair Price Shop dealer of Dharmaram village of Dharmaram Mandal in Karimangar District was suspended pending finalization of 6-A proceedings.
Now the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on the basis of the written communication issued by the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapaly, Karimangar District submits that the authorization of the petitioner was restored after due enquiry under proceedings No.D/74/2011, dated 26.04.2011 and the petitioner is lifting essential commodities from MLS point and distributing the same to the card holders attached to her shop under Public Distribution System.
In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
