The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.519/ T20161506072697 of 2016 (Sunari vs. Rajesh) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.T20161506072697 of 2016 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
