Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the caveator and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner against the appellate order dated 12.11.2018 has filed a Revision.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Revisional Court was not available.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Commissioner, Bareilly may either hear the Revision himself or transfer it to some Revisional Court which is available. The Revision may now be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
For a period of one month or till the decision of the Revision, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
