Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that her representation dated 25.7.2019 bringing to the notice of the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras, i.e., respondent No. 2 that her son, who was given appointment under the Dying-in- Harness Rules because of the death of Shyodan Singh, who was the husband of the petitioner, is not financially maintaining the petitioner and other family members has still not been decided.
The District Basic Education Officer, Hathras, i.e., respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation dated 25.7.2019 submitted by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
