Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioners have come to this court with a prayer that their shops to which they claim to have ownership is being interfered with by the private respondents namely respondent nos. 3 to 9.
There is a private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 3 to 9. As such the petitioners have a remedy to file a suit for injunction, in case their right, title is being interfered with by the private individuals.
The writ petition is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
