Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for disobedience of the interim order of this Court dated 9.1.2019 passed in Writ-C No.42237 of 2018 filed by the applicant, wherein the Court directed that any settlement/allotment of the fair price shop in question meanwhile would be subject to final outcome of the writ petition.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds no reason or occasion calling upon any proceeding under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, it is always open to the applicant to agitate her grievance before the Writ Court.
The contempt application is disposed of accordingly.
