(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) At the request on the part of learned counsel for the appellant, the matter is adjourned to 24.8.2012 as the appellant wants to consider whether the appellant would like to apply to the corporation under section 71 of the Gujarat Town Planning Act, 1976 for the purpose of variation of the Town Planning Scheme.
Today, the officer of the corporation Mr.L.V.Pathan, Junior Town Planning Officer and Mr.B.M.Patel, Town Planning Officer, Unit-4, Vadodara are present. Now, it is not necessary for the said officers to remain present tomorrow.
