Heard Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh for the petitioner and Sri Brijesh Ojha for respondents-2 and 3.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Nagar Ayukt (respondent-2) to issue appointment and joining letters to the petitioner on the post of Safai Karmi.
It has been stated that selection for the post of Safai Karmi, on contract basis, was held in the year 2006. Thereafter, no appointment letter has been issued, but later on, one writ petition, i.e. Writ Petition No. 66637 of 2008 has been filed before this Court, which was disposed of with direction to Nagar Ayukt to decide the representation of the petitioner. Later on, some appointment letters have been issued in the year 2016, but no appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Nagar Ayukt (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
