1. Heard Sri Uttar Kumar Goswami, Advocate, for applicant, and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused applicant for enlarging her on bail in Case Crime No. 553 of 2015, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 and 5/6 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, Police Station Qwarasi, District Aligarh.
3. The applicant is named in the First Information Report. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has given details of what has happened with her stating that she was repeatedly raped by Devar of appliant and applicant was compelling the victim in such activities by collecting money. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
