Learned counsel for the petitioners states that due to inadvertence, proof of marriage of petitioners could not be enclosed with the writ petition. Therefore, he prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
