Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 29.01.2018 disposed of the petition. The operative portion of the order reads thus:
"The perusal of the record shows that adequate steps are already taken by the court below. The court has enough power to see compliance of its order. In any view of the matter, in case the order dated 7.10.2013 passed by the court below is not complied with so far, the court below is required to look into it and do the needful in accordance with law unless there is some legal impediment or any stay order passed by the higher court which is disabling the court to ensure its execution.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed off."
It is not being disputed by the learned counsel for applicant that the execution proceeding for enforcement of the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is pending.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the court below.
