The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 413/2016, expeditiously.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioner and wherein, an application for temporary injunction was filed on the date of institution of the suit. The said application, it is urged, has not been disposed of so far, although according to the petitioner, the defendants have already entered appearance.
Having regard to the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
