JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter is settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Suit. He has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund half of the Court fees in accordance with Court Fee Rules to M.A.Vimal Mohan, learned counsel for the plaintiff.
