Grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 13.10.2017, passed by Joint Director of Education, Aligarh, Division - Aligarh, the petitioner has been held to be a duly appointed Assistant Teacher in the respondent no.5 institution, but consequential benefits are not being extended by the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Learned standing counsel submits that the respondent no.4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate action in accordance with law, within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation alongwith a copy of the order dated 13.10.2017, passed by the Joint Director of Education, Aligarh, Division - Aligarh, and a certified copy of this order, within three weeks' from today and in that event, respondent no.4 shall take an appropriate action and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within next eight weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent no.5.
