Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2018 The application seeking correction with the order dated 12th April, 2018 is preferred.
It is submitted by learned counsel that in the order aforesaid, reference of charge sheet bearing no. B-16 of 2017 dated 30th June, 2017 is given whereas it was only a police report as per provisions of Section 173 Cr.P.C., was filed.
We have verified the facts stated above.
Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to make desired correction in the order dated 12th April, 2018 instead of charge sheet bearing no. B-16 of 2017 dated 30th June, 2017 a negative Final Report as per provisions of Section 173 Cr.P.C. be read. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
