Learned counsel for the petitioner states that numerous mistakes have crept into the pleading of the writ petition. Though an amendment application is pending, he prays leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh petition.
Shri Murli Dhar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent is present and has also objected to the prayer so made.
However looking into the fact that petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition within two weeks from today with prior notice to Shri Murlidhar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.
