Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
It has been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel that petitioner no.2 has not yet completed the age of 21 years and, therefore, he is not of marriageable age.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition at this stage.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
