Counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to make an application for intervention in the pending suo motu Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 4112 of 2018.
The petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to make an application, as aforementioned. If such an application is made, the same would be considered and dealt with on merits in accordance with law.
