Sri Chandra Bhan Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Sri D.C. Dwivedi learned counsel for the petitioner has made prayer for demarcation of the disputed parcels of land.
Sri Chandra Bhan Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Sri D.C. Dwivedi learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the competent court for seeking appropriate relief under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought for in the writ petition. He recasts his relief and prays that he may be granted liberty to approach the competent court under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy available to him in law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
