Heard Sri Om Prakash Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court against the complaint pursuant to the alleged offence committed by the respondent nos. 6 to 15 the petitioner had lodged an FIR on 20.06.2018 being Case Crime No. 0211 of 2018 under Sections 395, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Phoolpur, District Allahabad and the investigation is going on.
In the meantime it appears that the private respondents have locked the house of the petitioner and If it is a case, the petitioner has to approach the relevant police authority for redressal of her grievance or before the concerned Magistrate.
In writ proceedings, no such direction can be given. The writ petition is misconceived and it is accordingly dismissed.
