Heard Mr. Surejeet Singh Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
In this petition, the Court had passed an order dated 12.4.2018, whereby the notice were issued to the opposite party no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 12.4.2018, the requisite steps for service upon the opposite party no.2 could not be undertaken, within the period provided in the High Court Rules. He, therefore, submits that time period for taking steps be extended.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted one week and no more time from today to take steps in compliance of the earlier order dated 12.4.2018.
In case the requisite steps are taken, registry shall take consequential action.
With the aforesaid direction, the time extension application is disposed of.
