The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to expedite disposal of Original Suit No.1159 of 2016 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant- respondents.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that service on the defendants has been held to be sufficient by publication. Counsel for the petitioner states that however, no written statement has been filed by the defendants so far.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2016 without even written statement having been filed therein by the defendants, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to proceed with the case with a sense of expedition and make effort to conclude the trial expeditiously.
