The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband late Antriksh Kumar died on 30.08.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the petitioner had an industrial plot in his name and after his death the petitioner wants to get her name substituted in place of her husband. The application of the petitioner is pending since 17.09.2021 and all the formalities at her end has been completed.
The limited prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the pending application of the petitioner without further harassing her.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that within 15 days appropriate orders would be passed on the pending application of the petitioner.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of, expecting the respondents to decide the pending application of the petitioner within two weeks from today.
It is made clear that the petitioner may not be harassed unnecessarily.
