HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE S.G.SHAH) This is an application for speaking to minutes. In paragraph 2 of the order dated 20.12.2012, it is stated that the petitioner is entitled for interim order. However, for more brevity and clarity, it is necessary to add that interim order in terms of paragraph 8 (C) is granted. Hence, the present application for speaking to minutes is allowed so as to read paragraph 2 of the order dated 20.12.2012 with following additional line :-
Therefore, interim order is granted in terms of paragraph 8 (C). D.S. permitted.
Since we have disposed of this speaking to minutes application, this matter shall not be treated as tied-up or part heard before this Bench and shall be placed before the appropriate Bench having jurisdiction as per the Roster.
