JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.C.Jagadish, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioner and its customers right to transport bricks with valid bills from its factory premises situated at Kolumam Main Road, Perumalpudur Pirivu, Samarayapatti 642 204, Udumalpet Taulk, Tirupur District and Pappankulam Village, Madathukulam Taluk , Tirupur District to the destination in the State of Kerala through the border check Post in the Coimbatore District under the control of the respondents
3. Mr.K.Doraisamy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.
4.Mr.C.Jagadish, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 16.08.2017 along with the copy of this order to the 3rd respondent and in such an event, the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the said representation, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 16.08.2017 along with the copy of the order to the 3rd respondent, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
