Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.K. Srivastava for the respondents.
Prayer made in the writ petition to command the respondents to consider petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment is not liable to be considered, inasmuch as by a specific order dated 24th July, 2020 petitioner's claim has already been rejected. Order dated 24.7.2020 is not even assailed. In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed.
It shall, however, be open for the petitioner to challenge the order in appropriate proceedings.
