JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the efforts made by the petitioner before various authorities including the State Human Right Commission has not yielded any result. The husband of the petitioner may be an accused of an offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code in the backdrop of peculiar dispute of land between the tribals but at the same time the petitioner, a lady who has no other relative to help her out and stay with is not permitted to enter into and reside in her own house.
In view of submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner for seeking protection, deserves consideration and accordingly, Notice returnable on 1.5.2012.
Learned APP, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1.
Direct service is permitted.
