Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.65 of 2019, under Sections 302, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Partapur, District- Meerut with the prayer to enlarge her on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail, the Court notes that a serious allegation has been levelled of the applicant having conspired with Lalit her paramour in doing her husband to death. Bearing in mind the heinous nature of the crime which is alleged to have been committed, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
