1. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Uday Bhan, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petitioner. He therefore submits that present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to file fresh as there are certain inherent mistakes in the present writ petition.
2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.
3. In view of above, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
