Heard Sri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State of U.P.
The writ petition has been filed against the order of District Magistrate dated 29.1.2019 passed in proceeding under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970. The petitioner has alternative remedy by appeal under Section 6 of the aforesaid Act.
The writ petition is disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy. Certified copy of the order be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after taking its photostat copy.
