After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy under Section 438 Cr. P.C.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the FIR to the counsel for the petitioners after accepting its photocopy.
