JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that a counter affidavit on behalf of the State-respondents is ready. However, he prays for some short time to complete his instructions.
As prayed by him, list this case on 5.10.2021 as fresh.
In case complete instructions are not available with him on the date fixed, this Court would be constrained to summon the Director, Secondary Education, the Secretary of the Board and the District Inspector of Schools concerned.
