The petitioner is seeking to challenge the transfer order whereby he has been transferred from Kanpur Dehat to Farrukhabad on the ground that it is in violation of the transfer policy dated 3.6.2019.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's aged mother is living alone in Kanpur Dehat and there is no one to look after.
This submission is not convincing for the reason that the petitioner can keep his mother at Farrukhabad.
Other grounds to challenge the transfer order are not acceptable not being violation of the transfer policy. It is noteworthy that the petitioner remained posted in his home district for more than 15 years.
For the aforesaid, no interference is required.
