JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer for transfer made by the petitioner wife is not opposed by the respondent husband. Hence O.P.(HMA) No. 853/2012 shall stand transferred from the Family Court, Kollam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The transferee court shall issue notice and take the proceedings to a logical end.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
