On the matter being taken up today, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party apprises to the Court that in response of the order dated 25.1.2019 passed in Writ C No.2509 of 2019 the proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been finalized. Against the order, statutory appeal has been preferred by the aggrieved party and the same is pending consideration.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
