JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The petitioner has come up with the prayer to get Annexure A2 quashed. It seems the petitioner has approached the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Attingal, with a request for releasing his passport for enabling him to visit his ailing uncle at Malaysia. The court below has rejected the request through Annexure A2 order. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. This is a case in which the offence of gang rape under Section 376D and the offence under Section 395 IPC have been alleged. The petitioner was enlarged on bail on strict conditions. The learned Public Prosecutor has produced the report of the Investigating Officer. The request for releasing the passport is strongly opposed. This is not a fit case wherein the conditions imposed on the petitioner can be lifted.
In the result, this Crl.M.C is dismissed.
