Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the restoration application dated 31.5.2017 filed by the petitioner under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before the third respondent.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the third respondent, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the third respondent, expeditiously.
