JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though counsel for the petitioner is absent today, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he had no objection in allowing this petition and he too feels that the two suits be tried jointly.
2. The records show that though initial petition moved by the respondent for joint trial was allowed, but when the suits were posted, the court below suo motu reviewed the order because one of the suits was not ripe for trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that common issues arise for consideration in both the suits and prays that the two suits may be tried jointly.
This petition is allowed, the order in I.A. 532 of 2013 in O.S.263 of 2012 is set aside and O.S. No. 150 of 2012 and O.S. No. 263 of 2012 pending before the Munsiff's Court, Perumbavoor shall be tried jointly. The trial court may O.P.(C). 2870/2013. 2 make every endeavour to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible at any rate before summer vacation.
