Petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.407 of 2011 on the file of respondent to CBCID, Villupuram or to any other agency.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that the case, transfer of which is sought, upon investigation has been found to be one where the deceased drowned under the influence of alcohol. As such, an action dropped report is to be filed.
Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
