JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the mother-in-law and general role has been assigned to all the accused persons and in an omnibus manner four persons have been made accused. Father-in-law Jawahar Singh has been granted bail by an earlier order of this Court dated 13.10.2009. The case of the applicant is not distinguishable from the case of the father-in-law Jawahar Singh. The case of the applicant is distinguishable from the case of the husband.
Per contra, learned AGA argued that the applicant absconded after the incident and that she has surrendered only in November, 2009.
Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Sumari Devi, involved in case crime NO. 92 of 2009, under sections 498-A/304-B/201 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, police station khiri, district Allahabad, be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond of heavy amout with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
