The learned advocate Shri Munshaw under the telephonic instructions from Shri K.B.Bhatt, District Development Officer and Mr.B.J.Samara, Executive Engineer, Roads and Buildings Division- Porbandar Panchayat states that the workman has already paid Rs.1,904/- on 2nd June, 2012 towards Wages under Section 17 (B) of the I.D.Act, for a period commencing from December-2011 to April-2012 and the workman has not come to collect the wages for the remaining period and if the workman approaches, the same shall be paid immediately. The workman would be at liberty to approach the authority for collecting the amount of payment. Shri Munshaw ensure the Court that he will be impressing upon the authority to see that the regular payment is made till final disposal of the matter. In view of this, Shri Mishra has requested to withdraw this application at this stage, with a liberty to file afresh. Permission sought for is granted. Civil Application is disposed of. No order as to costs.
