JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 25.09.2016, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2016 the respondents 1 & 2 have not passed any order so far.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1, 3 & 4 submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Mr.B.Kesavan,learned counsel taking notice for the second respondent also submits that the respondents 1& 2 may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1& 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall co.operate with the authorities for passing orders on her representation dated 25.09.2016, without prolonging the matter.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
