1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card. They have performed marriage in a Shiv Temple on 26.11.2019 against their parents' wishes.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will and the family members are harassing them.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Khair, District Aligarh, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
