Sri Jay Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners states that under some confusion the present writ petition was filed although a day before i.e. on 13.09.2021 a CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 8141 of 2021 was already filed by the petitioners through another counsel. Under the circumstances the petitioners want to withdraw this writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
