Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA through vedio conferencing.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he has filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. which is decided in favour of applicant vide order dated 24.11.2016. Thereafter, he has filed an execution application which is registered as Maintenance Case No. 58/11/17 (Smt. Suman and another Vs. Ramu @ Ramkumar), but till date neither application was decided nor he paid any amount in terms of the order dated 24.11.2016.
In the facts and circumstances of the case as well as without entering into the merit of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to learned Court below to decide the Maintenance Case No. 58/11/17 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of computer generated copy of this order. It is upon the Court below to decide the case strictly in accordance with law.
