Heard Sri S.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Jitendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to arrest the respondent no.4 to 11 who are accused in the FIR registered as Case Crime No.2770 of 2010, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. act, Police StationCantt., District Gorakhpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case and she has lodged an FIR on 31.12.2010 against the accused respondent nos. 4 to 11, in which final report was submitted in favour of the accused persons, against which the petitioner filed protest petition and on 30.8.2011 the learned Magistrate rejected the final report and ordered for further investigation but till date investigation has not been concluded.
Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and nature of the allegations, it is directed that the Investigation Officer of the case shall conclude the investigation of the present case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
