From the averments made in the contempt application, it transpires that opposite party is considering the matter of the applicant on merits in compliance of the order of this Court dated 25th April, 2018 passed in the Writ-A No.- 10560 of 2018. The last application as required by the opposite party is submitted by the applicant on 17th July, 2018. The Court feels that there is no cause for contempt arises as there is no case of deliberate contempt or disobedience of the order of this Court.
It is expected that the opposite party shall comply with the order of this Court as directed by the Writ Court.
At this stage, the contempt application is, therefore, disposed of.
